She has worked in Executive Education since 2013. She has designed, managed, and successfully delivered Executive Education Programmes for blue-chip companies in many sectors, including mining and minerals, wholesale and retail, financial services, ICT, automotive, manufacturing, and several public service offices.

Over and above her experience in executive education, Tumi is a software engineer with corporate experience in software development, learning design, marketing, human resources, product development, sales, business development, and project and programme management.

She holds undergraduate qualifications in Engineering and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (GIBS). She is currently pursuing her second Master’s degree in Engineering Management.
