The Executive Leadership Development Programme is designed for executives and directors seeking to elevate their leadership skills and drive transformative change within their organisations.

Entry Requirements:

NQF level 8 qualification and a minimum of five years of work experience at the executive leadership level at an organisation.

10 years work experience in a senior management role.
