Dr Busola Simon-Ilogho is Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Johannesburg Business School, University of Johannesburg. She holds a Ph.D in Business Administration at Covenant University where she graduated as the overall best Ph.D student for the 2021/2022 academic session. Before her post-doctoral fellowship, Dr Simon-Ilogho was a lecturer in the Department of Business Management, at Covenant University from 2018-2024. As a lecturer, she has impacted more lives through her teaching, mentorship, and research. As a researcher, Busola has been able to contribute to the existing field of knowledge, having published numerous articles in different international peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Busola’s research interest focuses on exploring organizational issues in Business management, particularly Operations research, production, and operations management. She is currently working under the supervision of her host Professor Tankiso Moloi.
