Programme Overview

The Management Advancement Programme (MAP) is a comprehensive short-term learning experience designed to equip mid-level professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to advance into senior management roles. The curriculum covers core areas such as organisational development, leadership, financial management, and strategic thinking, providing participants with a well-rounded understanding of modern management principles. By blending theory with real-world case studies, MAP prepares individuals to lead teams effectively, tackle complex business challenges, and make informed decisions in today’s fast-moving corporate environment.

The programme focuses on developing practical management skills essential for overseeing both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. Entry Requirements:

NQF level 5 qualification with a minimum of two to three years’ experience in managing or leading a team in a corporate environment; or
NQF level 5 qualification and a minimum of two to three years’ experience in running or managing a small- to medium-sized enterprise (SME); or
A minimum of six years’ work experience managing or leading a team in a corporate environment or in a SME.

Duration:

14 days over a period of six months

Certification:

A competency-based non-credit-bearing certificate
