Programme Overview
This short learning program is designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to guide organisations through periods of transformation. Participants will explore the principles of strategic leadership, focusing on driving change, fostering innovation, and creating sustainable organisational growth.
The course emphasises practical strategies for leading teams effectively during challenging times, managing resistance to change, and aligning organisational goals with evolving business landscapes.

Entry Requirements:
NQF level 5 qualification &
Minimum of three years’ experience at middle to senior management level in any managerial function or experience in running or managing a small- to medium-sized enterprise (SME); OR
A minimum of five years’ experience at middle to senior management level in any managerial function or specialist field
